Easy way to Make a car subwoofer at home

It's very easy and simple to build a car subwoofer yourself at home.no need to download any software or hire someone to get help.in this article you will learn to make a deep bass subwoofer for low budget.
subwoofer box size measurements to get natural deep bass.
box inside volume = (speaker size * speaker size)*20. if you have 12 inch speaker, box inside volume should be (12*12)*20 = 2880 cubic inch.

note:box volume shouldn't be a fixed amount. you can use nearly amount (2500~3000).

now decide your box size yourself. you can use any height, width and depth.but height * width * depth = 2880.
that mean if you choose 15 inch height and 14 inch width,box depth should be equal or greater than 2880/(15*14).
note:we are talking about box inside measurements.not outside. we should add mdf thickness to volume if you measure it from box outside. note:we can use any height,width,depth.but anything shouldn't be less than 4-5 inch.
next step is crop the board to build box. note:this is very important. you have to crop every part carefully.subwoofer box need to seal for best sound. don't miss any millimeter when you crop every board. before we fix the box we should drill the mdf board to fit the speaker. if you fix box before drill,box glue will damage while you drill.
and the other important part of the subwoofer is "subwoofer port".you can add a port to subwoofer box.it's good if you add port and speaker on same side of subwoofer box.when speaker push wind,port pull wind.if speaker and port in same side it cross pull and push wind.but if we add in different side, suboofer trying to go anywhere or vibrate.
and next drill on back side to add terminal(or wire) now fix subwoofer box using a good glue. don't miss any millimeter in this part too. subwoofer box need be sealed perfectly.you can use a sealent or you can glue+dry rot mixture to seal box inside.

Note:don't fix speaker on box immediately if you use a sealent.wait a couple of hours till complete the sealent.

now fix speaker on the box.and fix the port using glue. now you have a homemade car subwoofer.
most importants are :

• subwoofer box inside volume should be according to my equation
• box should be well sealed
• use long port(at least 5 inch)
• use thick board
